Don't they look at the state of trees?

The A21 has been closed a least twice in the past six weeks due to trees falling down near the New England Lane junction.

Like many others we diverted around the lanes which was chaos.

Do the Highways Agency not look at the state of the trees, and the angle of the banks?

This must be the narrowest point of the A21, and needs attention.
