l I am a parent/carer, is it for me?

Yes, you’re very welcome to drop-in to meet with us to discuss a family bereavement or a bereaved child you are supporting. The drop-in may also provide an informal space to meet other parents or carers in a similar situation.

l I am a professional, is it for me?

Yes, you’re welcome to drop-in to discuss families or children you’re working with where bereavement is a key issue. You can find out what we can offer, and we can offer guidance and support around the work you’re doing related to bereavement.

l Can children come along?

Absolutely, we welcome parents and carers to bring young children. There will be toys available for younger ones. We also welcome teenagers to drop-in and have a chat with us about their bereavement.

All the conversations we have with families or individuals remain confidential. The drop-in will provide an open, relaxed space to meet with us and we will not be passing on to other agencies the details of people who come to the drop-in (though we can do this if you would like us to).
