Eastbourne recycling change means more black bins

Like the “grand old duke of York”, I march bins out to the front of the house and I march them back again, every week.

They parade side on, to give passers-by more room on the pavement.

The lids salute me as I look inside to see them full and empty later.

A two week collection means more black bins.

For properties with space to put them it will not matter so much; other places are going to look more and more untidy.
