Fine example of good service
In these days of often bad and uncaring service, it is a real pleasure to be able to write and express thanks through your columns for the first class and very helpful service that the staff members provide at the civic amenity tip at Wick.
On every occasion I have had cause to visit the site, the staff could not have been more helpful and they even offer to help, rather than wait to be asked!
I am certain that many members of the public have enjoyed the same experience as I have and would wish to join me in saying thanks. They are a credit to Viridor, the service provider, and a fine example of old-fashioned service to the customer.
