Half measure
HOW can we possibly attract summer visitors to Littlehampton with no prospect of evening entertainment?
In the most recent guide to my self-catering accommodation, I advertised the Windmill Entertainment Centre as “showing good amateur productions and recent films”.
Now, half of that no longer applies.
Could not Inspire Leisure be compelled to maintain the facilities as when they took over the concession?
Was there no legal obligation?
