I was sitting on my balcony in the Old Town and looked down and there was a very young baby seagull.

Out of the corner of my eye there was another baby falling about 25 feet from the roof.

Having survived the drop I thought that I would attempt to bring them up with the help of their parents.

This occurred four weeks ago and with the help of dog food they are thriving!

When I feed them, the parents are always in attendance and often they regurgitate extra food for the babies .

It would be nice to share this story as seagulls often get a bad press!
