He has hit the nail on the head

What a great article from Blaise Tapp (Hastings Observer 22/4/16) about bin rules.

I think that Mr Tapp has hit the nail on the head dead centre on this subject as many people are now feeling very annoyed that we are told what to do and in some places threatened with either a non bin collection (nothing new in Hastings) or a fine.

This is for putting items in the wrong bin or not washing out containers to the correct measure.

We are constantly warned about ‘green’ issues in the UK and I wonder what green issues?

The green issue agenda went out the window when the EU in its wisdom decided to overfill our country with migrants and the pathetic governments we seem to have to subsidise did nothing about it.

We have therefore run low on landfill sites and now have to ship much of our waste to other countries where they are paid handsomely for processing it whilst the poor old Brit is pilloried by council chiefs with threats of reprisals whilst the incidents of ‘fly tipping’ are apparently doubling each year. Now I wonder why?
