Homophobic attitudes are 'a disgrace'

Nothing. It's been this way for years. So why, after all these years, it is so wrong?

There was a heterosexual couple on West Beach a few weeks ago, having a full sexual experience. I don't approve of this. But the people who say homosexuals can't sunbathe nude should think about heterosexuals, too.

This is what I call homophobic and it's a disgrace.

As Richard Kinder (Gazette letters, June 24), no complaints have been made about heterosexual men and women who also bathe nude on that beach.

I am a 23-year-old heterosexual woman and have sat on that beach and have no problems with people sunbathing nude, if that's what they want

to do.

If they keep it West Beach as a nudist beach, people who get offended by this don't need to go there, they can go to another beach.
