Hospital efforts do make a difference

THE NHS is often in the news and usually the reporting tells of poor treatment and care of patients.

Our dad, aged 88 years, spent the last three weeks of his life on James Ward, Conquest Hospital.

During this time both he and all the family were treated with kindness, care and consideration from every member of the team, both nursing and non-nursing staff.

We would like to say a huge thank you, keep up the good work, your efforts truly make a difference.
