How interesting...

It is important to have centres of excellence, especially with the enormous advances in technology, and the Brighton hospital is in a poor state of repair.

However, it does seem unfair when a fraction of that money could give us the long-promised new hospital here in Littlehampton, especially when the project is supported by so many people, including local dignitaries.

It does give rise to conspiracy theory – that in the wings is some very powerful body just waiting to move in on this very desirable site.

With the huge changes that the NHS is currently experiencing, it would be very interesting to know how this decision was made, and by whom. Was it the same people who have let us down so badly the past six years?
