I know that the majority of dog owners are responsible people and clear up after their pets using poo bags.
The council does its bit too by providing bins into which the bags can be placed.
However, I have discovered a new method of disposal by the mindless minority.
Driving back into Bexhill on the link road, I really could not believe what I was seeing as we came under the Glovers Lane bridge.
There seemed to be a lot of black plastic bags clustered round the bridge supports and littered in the road. These were poo bags, neatly knotted and ready to be disposed of.
However, instead of dealing with them in an appropriate way, some moron/morons decided that throwing them over the bridge onto the road was a good idea. I despair!
