Ildia takes on another marathon

Henfield’s Ilidia Campbell, a medical centre receptionist, will be stepping out for charity when she runs her 18th London Marathon on April 13.

In her running career, Ilidia, who lives in The Hooks, Henfield, has done more than 20 marathons – including Ultra Marathons of 30 miles.

She has run for various charities over the years and this year has chosen the British Heart Foundation

Married to David with two daughters, Heather and Fiona, Ilidia has been a member of Henfield Joggers for 18 years.

“The British Heart Foundation is a very worthwhile charity which has done so much research into heart disease and the care of patients,” says Ilidia.

“There is a sponsorship form at the medical centre but people can donate through my JustGiving account.”
