Is there a way through?

IT appears that the planning for the world's longest bench has now been finalised.

Has anyone involved in the project considered how wheelchair users and other less mobile people will be able to get from The Green or Banjo Road onto the Promenade and beach, once the world's longest obstruction has been completed?
