The way to get changes is to become actively involved and let the politicians know how you feel on each issue. Join a political party. There are plenty to choose from.
If you are a capitalist, join the Conservatives. If you are a socialist join the Labour or Lib-Dem parties. If you think that the EU is the root of all evil, join UKIP.
