Joy of visit to Worthing Museum

I visited Worthing museum for the first time in several years.

There is no reason, it was just one of those things I haven’t “got round to” but I’m so glad we went.

I have no idea why I don’t go there more often. My 8 year old guest, whose first visit this was, thought it was amazing. The staff were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them.

They asked before we went in if we were particularly interested in anything, made sure we knew where to look for those particular items and told us about other unique items which our little museum is very lucky to have.

Not only was it amazing, especially as so many exhibits have been discovered locally but it was free!

There was too much of interest to be able to take in and we both want to go back as soon as possible.

There is much in our town that we dislike intensely but the museum is now our favourite place.
