Left puzzled...

There’s a water shortage, with rationing to follow if it doesn’t rain soon.

Southern Water is concerned that, although it is still only February, it will not have adequate supplies for our crowded south of England.

Yet, despite this, central government will still press our local authorities to meet its ridiculous house building targets, putting yet more strain on our dwindling supplies.

It is just me who is puzzled by this?
