LETTER: Bishopric under threat
Please don’t remove the water and landscaping in the pedestrian area of the Bishopric, it is the only attractive and original feature left in Horsham, the lovely tree in front of the Merrythought cafe must be preserved.
Why put the car park at the front of Waitrose and not at the rear? This would give easier access to pedestrians and a much nicer outlook to the street.
The reason this area is cut off is the lack of easy access, putting a foot bridge over the road to the shops would help this.
