LETTER: Brilliant bloom

I am writing with my congratulations to the whole of the Angmering in Bloom team for the splendid way they prepared the village for the South & South East in Bloom judges last Wednesday.

I know this will have taken an enormous amount of hard work over many months and I very much hope that it will result in a well-deserved GOLD award.

I would also like to compliment the ladies of the Angmering WI.

The manner in which they prepared the flower bed at the Village Hall to commemorate their centenary and the decorations in the trees obviously impressed the judges as well as bringing great pleasure to the residents of the village.

The Village Hall trustees must be very pleased with the enhancement to such a well-kept and well run hall.
