That is why working to safeguard adults at risk...in West Sussex is a key priority for the Council”.

Says Cllr Louise Goldsmith, WSCC Leader (‘Sleepless nights for council leader’, WSCT, June 13 - Page 31): “We as Conservatives believe in self-reliance, but I also believe we have to help people...But I think we will end up having to save more money again”.
