LETTER: Despicable act of vengeance
The decision to deselect Cllr Christian Mitchell as chairman-elect of Horsham District Council in yet another secret meeting is a despicable act of petty vengeance by a weak and beleaguered group.
The chairmanship is supposed to be above party politics and this action brings shame on the council and the whole district.
The blame lies firmly with Cllr Ray Dawe and his cabinet colleagues because such a decision could not have been made without their support.

Hide AdIt is typical of their controlling approach which brooks no discussion or dissent and is intent on foisting 2,500 homes on North Horsham against all common sense and in complete disregard of alternative suggestions.
If this is how Ray Dawe treats one of his political colleagues, God help the rest of us.
