LETTER: Excellent design to be honoured

Sussex Heritage Trust has launched the 2014 annual Sussex Heritage Trust Awards.

This is the 16th consecutive year that the trust is inviting nominations for examples of excellent design, restoration and conversion of buildings as well as for individual craftsmen involved in these projects.

In addition, the trust is seeking nominations for a Heritage Sussex Person of the Year.

Other Award categories include Residential, Commercial, Ecclesiastical, Public and Community, and Landscape.

There is also a Special Commendation from The South Downs Society for projects within the South Downs National Park within the boundaries of Sussex.

Winners will be announced and presented with slate plaques by the Rt Hon Lord Egremont DL at the Awards Lunch at Pangdean Old Barn, Pyecombe on 3rd July 2014.
