LETTER: Excellent work at Hop Oast facility

As one who does his fair share of complaining, I thought I would like to give a bit of a compliment instead.

This is for the staff at the county’s council’s Hop Oast Waste Disposal Facility near Horsham.

There has been a huge improvement at the site over the last few years. It is very clean and tidy, well maintained, looks good and is sensibly operated.

In particular, I would like to thank the staff for their very proactive attitude, being friendly, helpful, and offering assistance whenever required.

So, well done everyone involved and thank you.
