LETTER: Front gardens are not a toilet

Why is it that dog owners feel that any grass area is ok to use as their dog’s toilet, regardless of whether it is the area directly outside and a part of someone’s home and is, in fact, their front garden?

When I confront these individuals, their response is “What’s up with you, I’m picking it up aren’t I?”

They forget that I still have to mow the area and stop my grandchildren from playing there. Why is it that it’s me who is deemed to be unreasonable?
