LETTER: Join fundraising events in town

Cancer Research UK in East Street, Horsham have started raising money for ‘Stand Up 2 Cancer’ which is a live event that takes place on Channel 4 on Friday 17th October.

It will be hosted by Davina Mc Call, Alan Carr and Dr. Christian.

Victoria Godfrey (manager)and Janice Hawker (assistant manager) were nominated by volunteer Rebecca Dunlevy to do the ice bucket challenge which they did on Wednesday outside the charity shop in true style wearing silly wigs and a tutu!

The East Street shop has pledged to raise over £750 for SU2C and will be holding various fundraising events including collecting cash donations in Swan Walk on 17th October, tombola and a raffle and dressing up as pirates.
