LETTER: Judicial Review into council

I wrote to you a long time ago calling for a Judicial Review into the undemocratic goings on at Horsham District Council.

I was surprised and very disappointed at the lack of response from your readers.

May I congratulate the few people in our area who have consistently questioned the shabby goings on at HDC.

The rest of us seem to have relaxed - happy to let others fight our corner for us. Shame!

Eduardo Delgado in his letter to the County Times has repeated my plea to invoke one of the last bastions of our free democracy and has called for a Judicial Review into the goings on at HDC.

This may be our last chance as there have been rumours for some time that changes may be afoot to make such a review almost impossible to attain.

I urge you all to support Mr Delgado before it is too late.

Evidence to support the need for action has been screaming at us all for a very long time.
