LETTER: Legal action could jeopardise plans

North Horsham Parish Council is acting irresponsibly by threatening a Judicial Review at a cost of up to £30,000.

Why?

1. They could seriously jeopardise the Horsham and Crawley Plans - both in their final stages.

2. They wilfully ignore the facts set out in ‘Horsham District Planning Framework - Interim Sustainability Appraisal August 2013 - Appendix 4 Assessment of Alternative Plan Options (available at Horsham Library for the last two years).

3. They wilfully ignore the fact North Horsham was approved for consultation as a strategic site in April 2014.

4. They refuse to accept the Notice of Motion (to delete the North Horsham development) was defeated by a democratic vote.
