LETTER: Ludicrous rule over objections

I received the below response from Horsham District Council in response to my objection letter with regard to the Horsham District Planning Framework - preferred strategy (inclusion of North Horsham in the planning strategy).

It appears that you are only able to object using Microsoft Word! Not Adobe PDF as myself and wife did.

I wonder if any other readers of the West Sussex County Times have fallen foul of this ludicrous regulation (if it is one).
