LETTER: Salute to heroism and sacrifice
On November 8 in St Mary’s Church, Horsham, we hosted a concert of music and verse inspired by wartime fortitude, heroism and sacrifice.
The concert brought together the St Mary’s Church choir, the Berkshire Brass Ensemble and students of the Performing Arts Department of Collyer’s Sixth Form College.
The evening was a great success and I would like to thank all of the above for their help.

Hide AdIn addition I would also like to thank staff at Horsham Museum and Waterstones Bookshop for selling tickets and the staff at Wildwood PR for their generous support.
A total of just over £2,000 was raised which is to be shared equally between the Friends of St Mary’s Church and Help for Heroes.
