LETTER: Thanks for contributions to League of Friends collection

The League of Friends of Crawley Hospitals thanks everyone who contributed to our collection in Crawley town centre on May 7.

The proceeds of £315.81 will be used to support patients and staff by purchasing equipment and services.

In the last financial year, items paid for include televisions for Viking and Caravelle wards, a Dopplex Ability System for the Planned Treatment Centre, maintenance of the stroke garden, and Christmas cheer for patients in hospital over the festive period.

There are currently vacancies on our committee and will anyone interested in enjoying themselves while raising money for a good cause, please contact me on 887570, or leave their details at the hospital.
