LETTER: Utter contempt for public opinion
The shameful treatment of Cllr Christian Mitchell confirms my long-held view that the Conservative Party continues to deserve the sobriquet, ‘The Nasty Party’.
The Tory group on Horsham District Council appear to treat public opinion with utter contempt - ignoring the basic tenets of democracy.
They should either have the humility to listen to legitimate concerns of the electorate - or resign en masse.
We deserve better.
