LETTER: Was it necessary to close footpath?
During the recent flooding of the Red River in Horsham was it really necessary for Berkeley Homes to block the footpath allowing access from Hills Farm Lane to Tesco and Broadbridge Heath?
The only route left was to dice with death over Farthings Hill interchange.
