Lots of entertainment and performances at Rudgwick Village Day

Officially opened by local resident and organiser of previous village days, Peter Tanner, the entertainment kicked off with a performance by children from the Vicky Michelle Dance Academy who entertained the crowd with a performance of Annie.

The crowd participated in activities such as the Village Zumba, David Price cricket in the nets, Rudgwick Football - Beat the Keeper, Morris Dancing with Morris Hatter Morris and Bill Jarratt’s annual Tug of War, which saw the Youth Group defeat Margarets Muscles by two pulls to nil!

Live music entertained everyone in the afternoon from bands the Mojos and the Duplicates including a performance by local by young local lad Will.

Thank you to Casper Graham and his daughter Sarah Graham who designed the Rudgwick Village Day logo and posters.

Thank you to all our stall holders, St John’s Ambulance, Alex Haynes for the main tent, Billingshurst Dog Club and Sam and Captain for the quality sound of performing acts.
