Hosted by our playful elves this showstopper is much more than a grotto, bringing to life the magic of Christmas through 3D cinema with special effects, and includes a visit to Santa too!

You and your children will get to experience the antics of Boris the Dog in his heart-warming Christmas adventure, ‘Boris in the winter forest’. Following Boris as he races to find his lost teddy bear on Christmas Eve is brought alive by the stunning high definition 3D screening, and with a number of other special effects the magic of Christmas becomes an extra-sensory experience!

After the film our playful elves will give families a rare chance to visit Santa inside his magical toy workshop as he makes his preparations to depart on Christmas Eve.

The children will be able tell Santa what’s on their list this year and if they’re on the good list (which we’re sure they all will be!) he’ll even give them an early Christmas present too!

The whole 4D experience lasts up to 25 minutes and professional photographers will capture your magical memories alongside Santa in his toy workshop. Mementoes will be available to purchase including photographs, glitter snow globes and even baubles to put on the tree! Our 4D experience, which is enjoyable for the whole family, opened on Saturday November 16 and is open every weekend right up until Christmas Eve, plus selected weekdays and during our Christmas shopping evening on Thursday, December 5. We’ll even be open on Christmas Eve from 10am-2pm giving Santa plenty of time to get ready to deliver presents all over the world!
