The event, which will take place at midnight on Saturday 17 May 2014 around the streets and seafront of Eastbourne, is already attracting a high number of women keen to take part and raise vital funds for the hospice. However, without the stewards the event can’t take place.

Chestnut Tree House would love to hear from fathers, brothers, uncles, granddads, sons, nephews and any responsible men aged 18 years old and over who are willing to give up a night, to ensure these amazing women are able to complete the event’s four and 10 mile routes.

Kerry O’Neill, Event Organiser for Chestnut Tree House said: “We are looking for as many men as possible to come forward and offer even a few hours of their time to ensure The Night to Remember Midnight Walk can happen. I’m sure the offer of supporting women who are raising vital funds for a Sussex-based charity caring for sick children and their families will be an offer too good to miss. We look forward to hearing from all interested parties.”

Those interested in helping marshal the Chestnut Tree House Night to Remember Midnight Walk should contact Fundraising Volunteer Officer, Angela Bacon on 01903 706326 or email [email protected].
