Warmest congratulations to Amber Rudd on her appointment as Secretary for Energy and Climate Change.
Presumably this is a well-deserved reward for her key role in securing Chancellor Osborne’s support for the Bexhill- Hastings Link Road.
Will she now be known as the Minister Responsible for Global Warming?
