Muzzling irrelevant
IN reply to Mildred Peters (Gazette letters, July 5), regarding muzzling dogs in public places, whether it may or may not be a good idea is irrelevant, because dog owners would not do it.
Many dog owners already let their dogs run loose on the prom every morning (where they should be on a leash), and walk them on the dog-free beaches.
