New medical centre is just a building

I TRUST all patients of the Arun Medical Group read the article about the north Littlehampton development and the proposed medical centre (Gazette, July 1), as this concerns them.

Talk of a new medical centre only refers to the building – what will happen is merely a relocation, which will mean all those currently using the premises in East Street will have to consider the extra time and how to get there, especially if they do not have a car.

Once again we hear talk of the Fitzalan Road extension.

This has been going on since the 1930s. One day we might see it.

As for a bus service, maybe Stagecoach could re-route the 700 Arundel bus via a few more houses, as they did when Wick Street was cut out of the route.
