This is the first time the Skoda main dealer on Billingshurst Road has run this Charity of the Year campaign and staff at the showroom are determined to help raise as much money as possible for the chosen cause.

Any community project can be nominated however all charities/groups must be registered with the charity commission and within the local Horsham area.

Perhaps a local community centre needs funds for a new kitchen, a church needs help to run a drop-in facility, a school needs support to set up a new group or a charity relies solely on donations to keep it running, whatever the cause Station Garage would like to hear about it.

James Thorpe, Dealer Principal at Station Garage, commented: “We will be hosting regular events here at Station Garage which will provide us with excellent opportunities to raise vital funds for our chosen charity.

“The charity will also be given the opportunity to attend the events to spread the word of their cause even further. It is important to us to support local organisations and community causes so I urge anyone that knows of a group in need of support to come forward and nominate them.”

To nominate a charity or community project, simply email [email protected] with details of the charity, your contact name and telephone number and why the charity should be chosen.
