Path is an accident waiting to happen

MAY I appeal to local councillors about the state of the footpath/cycleway around Brookfields Park, Littlehampton?

This park is used by children going to school, and there is a particular problem with the path where children go to feed the ducks and swans – it is constantly waterlogged and it's only a matter of time before someone has a nasty accident.

I know about cost-cutting, but this should be a priority, ahead of the tree-planting done recently.

This park is enjoyed by many people and we deserve to be able to walk along footpaths without the worry of slipping and falling.
