The full service marketing and PR agency, based in Billingshurst, has continued to offer their creative support to Horsham Rotary Club due to them lending their marketing services to the campaign throughout the Elephantastic campaign– and are now not wasting any time in creating their own show ‘stomping’ masterpiece.

The team has already got to work on jazzing up their giant elephant ready for the safari, but are keeping the design under wraps until the big reveal on Sunday, July 12 at Horsham’s Sparks in the Park event.

Instead of outsourcing their elephant to a local artist, PMW decided to put their graphics department and their creative skills to the test and design their elephant in house.

Peter Sutton, managing Director of PMW Communications, said: “Here at PMW we think this project is truly fantastic and we were honoured to be designing one of only three giant elephants in this year’s safari. Our elephant is starting to look really great and the entire PMW team is excited to be part of something that involves the whole community.”

Horsham Rotary Club invited local businesses to adopt and decorate a model elephant as part of its new campaign which will help raise vital funds for a variety of local charities including Horsham-based Born Free Foundation’s new appeal to fund and build Europe’s first elephant sanctuary in Tuscany. To date over 150 elephants have been adopted by businesses and local groups and the herd is still growing, as the deadline for people to adopt doesn’t close until Monday 15th June. After the safari, the unique model elephants will be auctioned and proceeds from the event will be divided across all participating charities.
