Pollutants’ use

Does anyone know what the law is on the use of dangerous pollutants in public spaces, such as libraries.

I have just had to stop using a library because of the use of air freshener.

Air fresheners are hazardous to some people’s health and they are not good for anyone.

I am ill all day from five minutes with a strong air freshener.

I can stand smelly library users if need be, but not being made ill from air freshener used to disguise body odour.

I feel sure using dangerous substances publicly must be illegal.

Does anyone actually know?
