Poppy Appeal awards event in Billingshurst

Billingshurst Royal British Legion held their Annual Poppy Appeal Awards Evening hosted by The Director and Management Team of Fishers Farm Park Wisborough Green.

Special Awards were presented to a number of loyal members and friends who help with the Poppy Appeal every year

Among those was a special award to Fishers Farm. TS Glory Cadets and 35 Year Award to Julia Banks.

Awards were presented by Group Captain( Retired) Derek North County President of Royal British Legion Sussex. Also in attendance was Malcolm Scott - County Chairman of Royal British Legion Sussex.

Colin Banks - President/Chairman of the Billingshurst Branch said he was extremely proud of the efforts made by the Poppy Appeal Collectors and Executive Officers of the Branch, this year raising close on £12,000.
