Prom prudence

While walking their dogs on the Prom, the owners should take more responsibility for them, especially now cycling is permitted there.

To let a boisterous dog run loose is irresponsible – I had two canon into me a few weeks ago, and witnessed a woman knocked over by a loose dog. Although the owner apologised, she then carried on walking, with the dog running wild.

One wonders how many people her dog would have to knock down before she brought it under control.
