Public has a right to know why

WHEN will the public be told the reason for the harbourmaster's suspension and subsequent sacking?

His is a public appointment, so do we not have a right to know?

Many rumours abound. Support letters don't help. What is going on?

The Littlehampton Civic Society has enjoyed Mr Hitchcock talking to our coffee mornings and would like to support him, but of course officially we cannot, as a charity be seen to take sides, when we do not know the facts.
