Put gulls on pill

I have lived in Norfolk Gardens for nearly ten years and during that time the seagull population has certainly increased.

This year has been particularly bad, as many of them have been aggressive. I know they are only defending their nests, but it can be quite scary when you get swooped on when you are least expecting it – even when you are just doing the gardening!

How you humanely cull them is another matter. Maybe a contraceptive in food where they gather quite densely – for example the beach.

One thing is for sure, I wouldn’t want to see dead seagulls lying everywhere. As Duncan mentioned, we humans don’t do ourselves any favours by leaving out black bags full of waste food and soiled nappies! All in all, a ghastly way of attracting vermin.
