Remembrance joy

WHAT a fitting tribute for Remembrance Day, with a concert by the Edwin James Festival Choir at St James the Great Church in Littlehampton.

What a fabulous show, I thoroughly enjoyed it, tears and all! The choir sang and acted the parts in the musical Strangers very well, with even the pianist, James Rushman, playing a part himself, going off stage with his cap on as a farmer.

It was an emotional tale of evacuees and lost love. A fantastic show, even if my hanky was quite wet!

Well done to everyone who took part and for raising funds for HOMElink, the Royal British Legion and Help for Heroes.

We look forward to your Christmas Winter Wonderland concert.
