Have the powers-that-be instituted a new system of advising the public of current planning applications by posting them on posts around the corner from the actual property?
I refer to LU/174/14 Bakery Cottage, 28a, Gloucester Place, which has been attached to a post outside number 21.
Perhaps the employee had to refer to Google?
