My daughter and I are regular swimmers at Cooden Beach. Yesterday, a senior visitor to the beach, badly cut his leg on a broken bottle left in the shingle. When we left the beach we collected the rubbish left in the area, including a disposable nappy, wipes and empty cans and bottles. We have noticed the rubbish bin has been overflowing, particularly after a sunny weekend. Visitors have left rubbish strewn over the shingle in the vicinity of the bin. If the bin is full, take your rubbish home with you. Respect our beautiful coast.
