Sainsbury’s Horsham Store Manager Derek Boarer said: “We wanted to help with the Quiz again this year and we are looking forward to working with more schools and groups going forward”.

Scouting offers an exciting and adventurous programme of activities to develop children and young people mentally, physically, socially and spiritually.

This vital work of preparing young people for adulthood needs adults who have an interest in working with children and young people in a structured programme of learning and activities. It is one of the most rewarding things you can do. It is also very good for your own personal development!

If you or someone you know is interested in finding out more about volunteering as an adult in Scouting you can contact Peter Scofield (District Commissioner – Horsham Scouts) by e-mail at [email protected] or by telephone on 0779 267 2443.
