TOGETHER with many others I have stared in sheer disbelief at the latest example of Arun District Council's wildly expensive piece of folly.
Your correspondent K. Hewitt (Gazette letters, July 22) posed the conundrum: "When is a shelter not a shelter?" The answer seems to be: When it's erected on Littlehampton seafront.
